Deputy Store Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Deputy Store Manager, you will assist restaurant leadership by supporting daily operations, motivating team members, and upholding Red Robin's values through dedicated service, hospitality, and continuous improvement.

• Support daily restaurant operations in partnership with restaurant leadership
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive customer satisfaction
• Improve profitability through effective cost center management
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are consistently followed
• Promote an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with Red Robin values
• Support team development through targeted training initiatives and leadership coaching

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years of age to work as a Deputy Store Manager
• Minimum of two years of management experience
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop high-performing teams
• Demonstrated knowledge of profit and loss management
• Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications or permits to meet regulatory requirements
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of local and state health code regulations
• Experience using Workday, Aloha, NBO, and HotSchedules systems
• Previous experience supervising or leading teams

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual salary ranging from $78,000.00 to $82,000.00 based on a 40-hour work week
