Role and Responsibilities:
As a Deputy Store Manager, you will assist restaurant leadership by supporting daily operations, motivating team members, and upholding Red Robin's values through dedicated service, hospitality, and continuous improvement.
- Support daily restaurant operations in partnership with restaurant leadership
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive customer satisfaction
- Improve profitability through effective cost center management
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are consistently followed
- Promote an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with Red Robin values
- Support team development through targeted training initiatives and leadership coaching
Required Skills and Experience:
- Must be at least 21 years of age to work as a Deputy Store Manager
- Minimum of two years of management experience
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop high-performing teams
- Demonstrated knowledge of profit and loss management
- Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications or permits to meet regulatory requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of local and state health code regulations
- Experience using Workday, Aloha, NBO, and HotSchedules systems
- Previous experience supervising or leading teams
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary ranging from $78,000.00 to $82,000.00 based on a 40-hour work week
