In-Home Occupational Therapist — Independence & Safety

CHI Health Lakeside in Omaha, Nebraska is looking for an Occupational Therapist to provide essential in-home occupational therapy services. Your role will include evaluating home safety and assessing functional needs of patients, followed by implementing tailored treatment plans that promote independence.

The ideal candidate will possess an Occupational Therapist license in Nebraska and a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience in a hospital setting is preferred. We aim to provide patient-focused care that heals the whole person.
