Job Details
- Schedule:
Part time (Flexible schedules)
- Base pay: $15 - $18.00 an hour
- Special requirement:
Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive client’s home
A Home Health Aid Duties
- Provide companionship to client.
- Assist with meal preparation.
- Light housekeeping.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming.
- Provide transportation (Valid DL required).
- Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication to patient/family and other employees.
- Maintain an environment that respects patient privacy and property.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills.
- Report unsafe conditions, problems, and observations to supervisor.
- Demonstrate commitment, professional growth, and competency by attending required in‑services.
- Promote the Right at Home philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
