1st & 2nd Shift Robotic Assembly & Material Handler

Job Summary

Join a cutting-edge manufacturing team as a Robotic Assembly & Material Handler supporting advanced automation and production operations. This hands-on role combines mechanical assembly with material handling in a fast-paced, structured environment. You will assist in building robotic systems while ensuring materials and components flow efficiently through the production line. Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly of robotic components and subassemblies on a production line
• Use hand tools to fasten parts, route wiring, and complete basic assembly tasks
• Load, unload, and move materials, components, and finished assemblies between workstations
• Support robotic production lines by ensuring consistent material flow and organization
• Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and safety procedures
• Log production activity and follow computer-based work instructions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements

• Ability to stand for up to 8–10 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools
• Ability to read, understand, and follow English work and safety instructions
• Basic computer skills for logging work and following digital instructions
• Comfortable working in a repetitive, fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Steel-toe or composite-toe safety shoes required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse/material handling experience
• Experience working in automated or robotic production environments
