Job Overview

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with speed and accuracy
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds efficiently
• Engage with guests to provide personalized service, recommend drinks, and enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest menu improvements to keep offerings fresh and exciting
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies promptly, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service
• Handle cash handling duties accurately while maintaining a positive attitude during busy periods

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fast-paced environments such as fine dining or busy bars
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently under pressure
• Demonstrated ability in beverage recipe development and crafting cocktails with precision
• Knowledge of wine varieties, beer styles (including craft beers), and brewing processes
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling, and responsible alcohol service laws
• Previous experience in banquet or catering settings is a plus
• Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and order calculations
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
