Contract Recruiter Location: Moon/Robinson (Hybrid)Schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remoteEmployment Type: Contract (Open-Ended) About the Role Based in the Moon/Robinson area, we are seeking a motivated and organized Contract Recruiter to support hiring initiatives across the entire Pittsburgh market. This individual will primarily recruit for Administrative, Human Resources & Customer Support roles, and possibly helping with accounting and finance when needed This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with candidates, managing multiple priorities, and playing a key role in helping clients and internal teams meet their hiring goals. Key Responsibilities:Review and evaluate candidate applications.Conduct candidate outreach, phone screens, and interviews.Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through registration.Conduct the majority of interviews virtually.Partner closely with internal staffing and sales teams to understand hiring needs.Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within Salesforce and other recruiting tools.Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring demands.Provide a positive candidate experience through clear and professional communicationsCareer Path:This position is being offered as a contract opportunity with no predetermined end date.
