As a Cook Supervisor, youll oversee evening and overnight kitchen execution to keep service consistent, safe, and guest-ready. This senior-level role exists to coordinate the flow of production, maintain standards, and guide the team through high-volume periods.
Key responsibilities include supervising cooks during service, monitoring food quality and presentation, enforcing sanitation and temperature controls, maintaining prep and production timelines, and addressing issues quickly to protect the guest experience.
Required qualifications/skills:
- Prior kitchen leadership experience with strong hands-on cooking ability
- Current Food Handler card
- Valid Liquor License
- Knowledge of food safety practices and quality control
