Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking Fitbit users via phone, email, and live chat, resolving product and service queries with professionalism and empathy.
Assist customers with Fitbit device setup, synchronisation, app functionality, and account management to ensure a seamless fitness and wellness experience.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to Fitbit wearables, including hardware concerns, software updates, and connectivity problems with fitness tracking platforms.
Educate Danish-speaking customers on Fitbit's full range of health and wellness features, including heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, activity goals, and nutrition logging.
Process warranty claims, product replacements, and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system, adhering to established quality and compliance standards.
Proactively identify trends in customer feedback and communicate insights to team leaders to help improve the overall Fitness & Wellness customer support experience.
