Employment Specialist

Provides vocational support and case management services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness by assessing employment needs, developing individualized goals, coordinating community resources, and supporting individuals in achieving and maintaining vocational success. This role also coaches staff on evidence-based supported employment practices, collaborates with treatment teams, and ensures accurate documentation and ongoing individual support.
