Pay: Ranging from $24.75 - 27.75/hr + Overtime + Full Benefits (Field-Based, Vehicle Required, Mileage Toll reimbursements - 72.5 cents per mile).

What You’ll Do

Facilities Maintenance Repairs

Perform general repairs across multiple sites, including:

Drywall, patching, and painting

Tiling and basic masonry

Shelving and equipment installation

Floor repairs and upkeep

Exterior maintenance (roofs, gutters, landscaping)

Preventative Maintenance

Conduct routine maintenance on building systems:

HVAC

Plumbing

Electrical

Identify issues early and prevent costly breakdowns

Site Operations Support

Travel between multiple sites( number of sites vary by region ) throughout the week across the Bay area

Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day facility issues

Partner with internal teams to keep kitchens fully operational

What Your Week Looks Like

60% hands-on repairs and maintenance

25% preventative maintenance

15% inspections, troubleshooting, and support

What We’re Looking For

Required

2+ years of handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience

Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based role

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred

3+ years of commercial facilities maintenance experience

Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or multi-site environments

HVAC/R experience or trade school background

Work Environment Schedule

Field-based role across the Greater Bay Area

Local travel between sites (home daily)

Monday–Friday schedule

On-call rotation and overtime opportunities

22.00-26.25/hr + overtime
