Assistant Store Manager – Brighton Collectibles

At Brighton Collectibles, we create warm, memorable shopping experiences that keep customers coming back. We are looking for a customer-focused, fashion-loving Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, drive sales, and help develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build customer relationships
• Support sales goals and daily store operations
• Coach, train, and motivate team members
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Lead the team in the Store Manager's absence

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience
• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
• Experience coaching and developing associates
• Visual merchandising experience preferred
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
