As we continue to scale, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter who brings strategic hiring expertise, executive-level recruiting experience, advanced proactive sourcing skills, and the ability to operate as a trusted partner to senior leadership. Property management experience is a plus.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can bring structure, expertise, and leadership to the recruiting function.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute full-cycle recruiting for all types and levels of positions across our portfolio companies, from entry-level operational on-site positions to corporate and executive-level roles, including hard-to-fill and niche positions.

Experience recruiting for a US-based and/ or Property Management company is strongly desired.

Maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.

Build and maintain long-term pipelines for key and recurring roles.

Develop creative sourcing strategies for niche or competitive talent markets.

Own candidate tracking within the ATS, ensuring data integrity and clean pipelines.

Meet recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and quality of hire.
