Front Desk Associate
GGRC is looking to hire a Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for visitors and calls to our San Francisco headquarters. This position will greet, answer questions, and direct inquiries as needed while performing daily front desk tasks and responsibilities.

Open or close the office/Front Desk for business hours.
Professionally answer, address, assist, and direct incoming phone calls, voice messages, or inquiries.
Courteously greet and assist incoming visitors.
Provide basic information regarding GGRC application processes.
Create and distribute SF Out-of-office/Officer of the Day notifications.
Track and Distribute SF Staff Parking Vouchers
Track and Distribute Temporary Badges
Review and forward incoming faxes from our general fax line.
Run visitor reports and assist building security desks with unexpected drop-in visitors.
Maintain and organize GGRC reception area/waiting room for cleanliness.
Receive or assist with incoming deliveries or packages and out-going delivery or package pick-up.
Provide front desk coverage for Board of Director meetings.
Serve as phone back-up to other GGRC office front desk staff.
Assist with SF Conference or Meeting Room reservations.
Assist with visitor registrations as needed.
Other
Sort or process daily mail as needed.
Hold and distribute various department items for staff as directed.
Additional tasks and projects as assigned.
