Owning full-cycle recruiting for mid and senior-level roles across Sales and Marketing, the remote Business Recruiter will manage sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and partner with hiring managers to ensure high-quality candidate selection. Key responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for mid and senior-level positions in Sales and Marketing Build and execute sourcing strategies to create diverse candidate pipelines and adapt based on performance metrics Conduct structured interviews and lead debriefs to facilitate clear hiring decisions Required qualifications 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in Sales, Revenue, or Marketing roles within SaaS Proven ability to navigate high-growth environments with complexity and ambiguity Strong data fluency and experience in monitoring funnel health and diagnosing issues Hands-on experience with Greenhouse and Gem, maintaining clean data hygiene Demonstrated capability in building repeatable workflows or automation for process efficiency
