Revenue Cycle Manager

Position Purpose: Provides leadership and oversight of all revenue cycle operations, including claims processing, payment posting, accounts receivable, and denial management. Ensures maximized reimbursement, accurate financial reporting, and full compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards while promoting efficient, ethical, and high-performing revenue cycle practices.

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Previous progressive experience in revenue cycle, billing, or healthcare financial operations, including at least three years of direct supervisory experience.
