Our client is looking to hire Senior Recruiter with good Pharma Experience.

In partnership with TA Lead, HR and other business partners, develop and execute hiring strategies to meet business objectives

  • In consultation with all stakeholders, manage competing priorities across multiple projects to drive the end-to-end recruitment process to successful completion
  • Appropriate use of Talent Acquisition tools, processes and systems
  • Responsible for end-to-end candidate lifecycle to include source, identify, select, assess, build pipelines, prepare offers, close candidates and onboard
  • Execute on innovative talent acquisition processes and capabilities
  • Gather data to provide insights and metrics
  • Actively provide input to managers and hiring teams re: local talent and market trends and competitive market practices
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition, HR or business projects
  • Provide consultation to the business re: candidate selection and assessment, establishing best practice processes for assessment and hiring decision-making
  • Manage relationships (and performance) with external partners/vendors, e.g. search firms, Research partners
  • Ensure compliance with corporate, local, site, and federal/country guidelines

Recruitment experience in high performance, high growth companies experiencing rapid change

  • Basic Knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting components, including: search strategy, sourcing, engagement, qualification, assessment, candidate relationship management, compensation, and on boarding.
  • Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers
  • Appropriate level of professional maturity that enables one to develop strong client partnerships
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Internet research and networking skills that enables one to build a consistent and sustainable talent pipeline
