Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and numbers-driven Head of Paid Media. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the vision, execution, and optimization of all paid channels to drive sustainable growth. As a senior leader, you will bridge the gap between creative strategy and technical performance, ensuring every dollar spent translates into measurable impact. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a performance marketing expert to own a significant budget and shape the future of this company’s customer acquisition engine.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy across Search, Social, Display, and emerging channels.
Own the global paid media budget, ensuring optimal allocation to meet CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of media buyers and external agency partners.
Architect a rigorous A/B testing framework for creative, landing pages, and audience targeting.
Collaborate with the Data and Engineering teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting.
Partner with the Creative team to brief and iterate on high-converting assets based on performance data.
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and privacy changes (e.g., iOS 14+, cookie deprecation) to maintain competitive advantage.
