Are you a proven leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and creating exceptional customer experiences? Premier Swim Academy is seeking a General Manager to lead one of our flagship swim school locations.

The General Manager serves as the senior operational leader responsible for the overall success of the site. This role oversees enrollment growth, staffing and scheduling, employee development, customer experience, and compliance while ensuring the highest standards of safety and instructional quality. The ideal candidate is an execution-focused leader who can inspire teams, analyze performance metrics, solve problems proactively, and create a culture of accountability and excellence. A strong understanding of swim instruction and curriculum delivery is essential, as the General Manager serves as the instructional authority for the location.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and develop the site management team, creating a culture of accountability, growth, and exceptional customer service.

Drive enrollment growth, swimmer retention, and overall program success through strong operational leadership and family-focused service.

Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll efficiency to ensure programs are properly staffed and resources are utilized effectively.

Maintain expert knowledge of Premier Swim Academy's curriculum and ensure consistent lesson quality, swimmer progression, and instructional standards across all programs.

Lead onboarding, training, coaching, and professional development initiatives for instructors and management staff.

Monitor key business metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement action plans to achieve enrollment, retention, and operational goals.

Ensure compliance with all safety, certification, training, and company policy requirements while maintaining a safe environment for swimmers, families, and staff.

Build strong relationships with families, address escalated concerns professionally, and create an exceptional customer experience that supports long-term retention.

Collaborate with company leadership to support strategic initiatives, site growth, and continuous improvement efforts.

Serve as the overall leader of the facility, setting the standard for professionalism, communication, and operational excellence.
