Position Summary

We are seeking passionate Montessori Preschool Teachers and Infant/Toddler Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate is an experienced educator committed to supporting the developmental needs of children aged 3 months-6 years. We are currently hiring for both Lead and Assistant guides who are excited to be part of building a new school serving Orange County families.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
• Guide children through individual and group Montessori lessons
• Observe and assess student development, adapting instruction to meet individual needs
• Foster independence, respect, and a love of learning in each child
• Communicate effectively with parents and other staff
• Collaborate with fellow educators to support a cohesive school community
• Maintain classroom materials and documentation per Montessori standards

Qualifications

• 12 credits ECE units (including credits in Infant development for infant teacher)
• Strong classroom management and observational skills
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Immunization and Health Screening
• Criminal Record Clearance (LiveScan)
• Passion for early childhood education and the Montessori method
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
