• Assisted with month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Maintained and reconciled general ledger and balance sheet accounts.
• Supported accounts receivable functions, including account maintenance and reconciliation activities.
• Assisted with fixed asset tracking, recordkeeping, and related accounting processes.
• Prepared and analyzed financial reports to support operational and financial objectives.
• Provided documentation and support for internal and external audit requests.
• Helped ensure compliance with established accounting procedures, policies, and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of accounts payable processes, accounting principles, and financial compliance requirements.
• Experience working with ERP and accounting software; familiarity with systems such as NetSuite or SAP is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including functions such as PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis tools.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial data processing.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and build positive working relationships.
