You will work in a clean, climate-controlled facility that supports products in the medical device field, directly contributing to work that saves lives and positively impacts millions of people each year. Team members receive clear performance metrics, regular feedback, and annual reviews with the potential for merit-based increases. There is a structured leveling program with multiple growth tiers, including opportunities to advance to lead or supervisory roles or transfer to other departments, supported by training and skill development. The organization promotes from within, prioritizes internal candidates for new opportunities, and encourages cross-training so employees can continuously learn and build stable, versatile careers. A dedicated spirit committee organizes inclusive events, such as holiday meals and team picnics, helping to build a sense of community and belonging.
The work takes place in a standard manufacturing facility that is clean, well lit, and climate controlled. The environment includes production machinery such as tumblers, CNC equipment, grinding stations, automatic press machines, and laser tubing equipment. Safety glasses and hearing protection are required in certain areas, and all necessary personal protective equipment is provided. Steel-toe footwear and medical certifications are not required. Some roles may involve working in a cleanroom, where employees wear smocks, hair nets, beard nets, and other standard cleanroom PPE, avoid fuzzy clothing, and do not bring water into the cleanroom. Cleanroom work also requires adherence to strict attire rules, including no perfume, jewelry, cosmetics, acrylic nails, or fake eyelashes. The dress code on the production floor includes closed-toe shoes, no shorts or tank tops, and jeans worn at the waist without rips.
