Patient Care Technician Per Diem

The Patient Care Technician (PCT) is responsible for providing a wide variety of patient care activities and comfort measures for assigned patients and assists in nursing procedures, under the delegation of the Registered Nurse (or Licensed Practical Nurse in Medical Practices) while adhering to nursing, safety and infection control policies. Accepts direction from both Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses and works together with the RN/LPN when caring for patients.
