Required Before Starting

All new hires must complete 2 required certifications before Day 1 (fully paid by us):

• CPR Certification
• Medication Administration Certification

Important:We cover the full class costs, but time spent completing these off-site certification classes is not paid hourly.

Once completed, your paid onboarding and hands-on training begins.

What You’ll Do

• Support adults with disabilities with daily living activities
• Assist with hygiene, meals, medication support, and community outings
• Complete digital care documentation and medication logs
• Track completed care tasks using our digital reporting system
• Help maintain a safe and supportive living environment

What You’ll Need

• Compassion and reliability
• Valid Driver’s License
• Smartphone with dependable access for digital reporting and task documentation
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Ability to complete certifications before starting
• Ability to follow safety and medication procedures

No prior caregiving experience required
