Finance Manager

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Finance Manager for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, receivable and payroll

Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts and variance analyses

Lead the annual budgeting process and support quarterly reforecasting cycles

Manage and develop the finance team ensuring accuracy and deadline adherence

Ensure full compliance with financial reporting standards, tax obligations and internal controls

Partner with senior leadership on financial planning, investment decisions and cost management

Requirements

5+ years of finance management or financial controller experience

ACCA, CIMA, ACA or CA(SA) qualified accountant

Strong knowledge of IFRS or UK GAAP and VAT reporting requirements

Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, Sage, NetSuite or similar

Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
