Surgical Technologist - PRN

Join a compassionate healthcare team as a Non-Certified Surgical Technologist, supporting safe, culturally aware patient care during moderate to high acuity surgeries.

Responsibilities include preparing the operative suite, assisting with instrument setup, maintaining sterile technique, passing instruments, and troubleshooting equipment. You'll help ensure patient safety, participate in performance improvement, and mentor new staff or students.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED, completion of an accredited surgical technology program, and BLS certification.
• Operating room experience preferred; certification in surgical tech or related fields is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, multitasking, critical thinking, and communication skills; ability to work in stressful situations and adapt quickly.
• Basic computer skills required.
