General Laborers (Epoxy / Concrete Repair)

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring General Laborers (Epoxy / Concrete Repair) to support construction operations in North Phoenix, AZ. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role focused on surface prep, epoxy application, and concrete repair on active job sites.

This position is ideal for candidates with flooring, epoxy, concrete, or heavy-duty construction labor experience.

Position: General Laborer (Epoxy / Concrete Repair)

Location: North Phoenix, AZ

Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday + OT & Saturdays (required as needed)

Pay: $25.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Perform surface preparation (grinding, cleaning, shot blasting) for epoxy application
• Assist with epoxy injection and concrete crack repair
• Measure, mix, and apply epoxy materials to required specifications
• Apply coatings using rollers, squeegees, or spray equipment
• Operate tools such as grinders, vacuums, and injection systems
• Support material handling, staging, and jobsite organization
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
• Follow all OSHA safety protocols and PPE requirements

Qualifications

• Experience in epoxy flooring, concrete repair, coatings, or similar construction work REQUIRED
• Hands-on experience with power tools (grinders, drills, etc.) REQUIRED
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor daily
• Comfortable working in outdoor construction environments (heat, dust, noise)
• Willing to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
• Strong reliability, attendance, and safety mindset
• Experience with epoxy mixing/application or floor systems
• Familiarity with OSHA / PPE / chemical handling
• Spanish or Mandarin is a plus

Pay: $25.00 per hour
