Contract Administrative AssistantLHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company in East Phoenix who is in search of a contract admin. This role is fully onsite, for 2-3 months to support an employee out on a leave. The hourly rate is up to $23/hrResponsibilitiesProvide general administrative support to office staff and managementAnswer phones, respond to emails, and route communications appropriatelyMaintain organized files, records, and documentationPerform data entry and update information in internal systemsSchedule meetings and assist with calendar coordinationAssist with reports, spreadsheets, and other clerical tasksSupport special projects and additional administrative duties as neededQualificationsPrevious administrative assistant or office support experience preferredStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelAbility to work independently and maintain confidentialityReliable and professional with strong attention to detailInterested?
