Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, permanent Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician for an opportunity in Kissimmee, FL!

Position Details:

• Pay Range - $36.00/HR - $41.00/HR
• Schedule - Monday - Friday, occasional Saturday - 3:30 AM - 3:30 PM - weekly overtime!
• Location - Kissimmee, FL 34758 zip code.

Job Duties:

• Perform advanced maintenance on industrial machinery, including locating root causes of complex equipment issues and completing necessary repairs. Conduct scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance activities to support safe, reliable operation, and communicate identified concerns to maintenance leadership.
• Complete large‑scale repairs and equipment improvements involving electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Work closely with engineering and maintenance leadership to support equipment upgrades, retrofits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and methods to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and restore functionality. Evaluate equipment performance data and operational trends to anticipate potential failures and minimize downtime.

Requirements:

• Minimum of seven (7) years of hands‑on experience in an industrial maintenance environment, demonstrating a strong progression of technical expertise and advanced mechanical and electrical skills.
• Prior experience leading and supervising maintenance teams of up to ten employees, with the ability to assign work, provide guidance, and support team development.
• Demonstrated experience managing maintenance‑related projects, including planning, coordination, and execution to meet scope, timeline, and operational objectives.
