Kitchen Coordinator

New Perspective Senior Living is seeking a Kitchen Coordinator to primarily focus on preparing high-quality, scratch-made meals while supporting a well-organized kitchen. This role is hands-on and cooking-focused, ensuring food is prepared safely, consistently, and on time by following menus and standardized recipes. In addition to cooking, the position supports daily kitchen operations, maintains cleanliness and equipment, assists with inventory, and helps train new team members as needed. You’ll also deliver warm, respectful hospitality to residents, families, and visitors while playing a meaningful role in helping seniors live life on purpose.
