Kendal at Lexington is seeking a Director of Human Resources to serve as a key member of the Core Leadership Team and lead all aspects of the employee experience. This position provides strategic and operational oversight of recruitment, retention, employee relations, compensation and benefits, staff development, engagement initiatives, and regulatory compliance while helping to cultivate a workplace culture that supports employees, residents, and organizational success.
