Payroll Specialist

As a member of the financial services team this role is essential for accurate and compliant payroll processing and

supports financial integrity, reimbursement accuracy, state tax compliance, and proper labor cost allocation across

hospital services. The payroll specialist is knowledgeable of Iowa payroll tax and unemployment requirements, IPERS

administration, Medicare cost report labor allocation, rural hospital pay practices and audit readiness.
