Must be able to work every other Saturday for a half day

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle staffing: recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
• Maintain and update job descriptions in compliance with employment laws
• Ensure organizational compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Assist with planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies and employee relations programs
• Maintain accurate HR records and filing systems
• Support general office tasks such as printing, scanning, laminating, and filing
• Assist with company events and internal communications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, and basic office equipment
