We are seeking an entry-level Administrative Support Assistant (ASA) to join our New Orleans office. Through a comprehensive training and mentoring program, ASAs develop the skills and experience needed to support all practice groups across the Firm.   • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's or associate degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and the ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness and ability to embrace new technology and platforms (including AI tools).
  • Desire and ability to learn new programs and processes quickly.
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and oral, with careful attention to grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Prior legal or administrative experience a plus.
  • Regular and predictable in-office attendance.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
