Employer-based primary care clinic
Weekly Schedule:
- Monday: 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Note: Thursday runs later to serve the full employee population. No weekends, no overnight shifts.

⚕️ What You Will Do
You will be the clinical heart of an onsite employee health center, serving a workforce that depends on you for their everyday health needs.
- Deliver primary care support to employees across all levels of the organization
- Conduct biometric screenings including blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, and BMI assessments
- Perform venipuncture (blood draws) as a routine part of daily clinic operations
- Room patients, document vitals, and prepare for provider visits
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Support health and wellness initiatives and employee engagement programs
Requirements
- ✔️ Active CMA certification (AAMA, AMT, NHA, or equivalent) OR active LPN license in Wisconsin
- ✔️ Venipuncture skills — required
- ✔️ Experience with biometric screenings preferred
- ✔️ Primary care or outpatient clinic background
- ✔️ Available Monday through Friday including Thursday evening hours
- ✔️ Available July 13, 2026 start date
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Prior employer-based health or occupational health experience
- EHR documentation experience in a clinic setting
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working independently in a small clinic environment
- Experience serving a diverse, non-patient employee population
