WHAT YOU'LL OWN

✔ Full internal recruiting function — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing internal hires across the U.S. ✔ Building and leading a high-performing internal recruiting team ✔ Operationalizing process and strategy from the ground up ✔ Partnering with market leaders and regional stakeholders on hiring needs ✔ Reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement of the TA function

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

✔ 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience — specifically internal hiring inside a staffing firm (this is a must) ✔ A track record of hiring recruiters, sales professionals, and operations leaders at scale ✔ Leadership experience — you've managed or are ready to lead a team ✔ A builder's mindset — you create structure where there isn't any ✔ Strong stakeholder chops — you can align, influence, and communicate at every level ✔ Based in or willing to relocate to Phoenix, AZ
