Continental Controls Corporation, a leading manufacturer of fuel control systems for the natural gas engine and turbine industry, is expanding and is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our second-shift team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Select tooling, fixtures, and work-holding.
• Machine precision components to close tolerances.
• Inspect parts using micrometers, bore gauges, indicators, and other precision measuring equipment.
• Make offsets and minor program adjustments to maintain quality.
• Perform first-article and in-process inspections.
• Maintain equipment and a clean, organized work area.
• Work closely with engineering and quality personnel to continuously improve manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.
• Knowledge of GD&T and precision inspection techniques.
• Experience machining stainless steel, aluminum, and alloy steels.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
