Telemedicine Provider (NP/PA) — Remote
Theoria Medical is a physician-led organization redefining post-acute care across the country. Through our multispecialty physician services and remote patient monitoring programs, we support skilled nursing facilities, long-term care communities, and assisted living settings nationwide, combining clinical excellence with the technology to deliver it at scale.
Role Summary
The Telemedicine Provider delivers high-quality virtual medical care to residents in skilled nursing facilities, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, and post-acute care settings.
