Job Title: Quality Inspector
4 10's Work Schedule
Pay: $23/hr to $27/hr
Location: East Mesa, AZ

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify, document, and resolve quality issues in finished products and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, development, and operations, to maintain quality throughout the entire product lifecycle.

An overview of your responsibilities:
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, development, operations) to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle.
- Communicate quality issues and findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings and presentations to share information and updates.
- Familiarity with quality assurance/control tools and techniques.
- Lead and motivate a team of quality inspectors
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Management of MRB meetings.
- Review equipment calibration, validation, and maintenance records to ensure they are performed correctly and on time.

Work Environment
This role is based in a modern, air-conditioned manufacturing facility that incorporates state-of-the-art, industry 4.0 technology. The environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement. The physical requirements include the ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb a portable ladder as needed. The position requires good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination to handle precision measuring tools and inspection equipment effectively. Personal protective equipment is required in designated areas to ensure a safe working environment. The site also offers practical amenities such as electric charging stations, supporting a forward-looking and sustainability-focused workplace.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
