About Pallet
Pallet is building AI Agents to transform logistics — a $12 trillion global industry. We’ve raised $50M from top investors, including General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Bain Capital Ventures. In under two years, we’ve achieved 700% revenue growth and are just getting started.
Our mission is to increase the efficiency of the global supply chain by automating the manual workflows that slow logistics teams down — from scheduling and appointment setting to data entry and load management. Our flagship platform provides end-to-end visibility, control, and optimization, while our newest product, CoPallet, introduces AI Agents that can understand and execute requests in real time, and integrate directly with customer systems.
As logistics providers look to generative AI to drive efficiency, many are turning to Pallet to lead the way. With deep industry expertise and cutting-edge AI capabilities, we’re positioned to build the next $10B company in logistics.
Join us and work alongside leaders from Google, DoorDash, YC, and more to shape the future of logistics tech.
About the Opportunity
Pallet is looking for a high-intensity, analytically minded operator to help build and scale our go-to-market motion.
This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, partnerships, and strategy. You'll work on the company's highest-priority growth initiatives, helping identify opportunities, drive execution, and solve complex business problems across the GTM organization.
No two quarters will look exactly the same. Depending on business needs, you may work on product launches, growth initiatives, sales strategy, partnerships, customer insights, market expansion, or operational improvements.
We're looking for someone who enjoys operating in ambiguity, learns quickly, and can independently drive projects from idea to execution.
How You'll Make an Impact
This is a generalist GTM role. While no individual is expected to own every area listed below, successful candidates will be excited to work across multiple functions and adapt as the company's priorities evolve.
Partner with leadership to identify and execute high-priority GTM initiatives.
Develop and refine Pallet's market positioning, messaging, and customer narratives.
Lead product launches and coordinate execution across product, engineering, sales, and marketing.
Create sales enablement materials, including competitive positioning, demo narratives, objection handling frameworks, and deal support collateral.
Design and execute growth initiatives, including outbound campaigns, account-based marketing programs, and experimentation efforts.
Evaluate and build strategic partnerships that expand distribution, awareness, or product adoption.
Analyze sales calls, customer feedback, pipeline data, and product usage to uncover insights and improve GTM performance.
Build customer case studies and proof points that support enterprise sales efforts.
Improve operational processes across marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams.
Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to inform strategy and prioritization.
Preferred Experience
3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, business operations, growth, or strategy operations at a high-growth startup.
Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Experience using AI tools for research, analysis, workflow automation, or content creation.
Comfort working with data from CRM, analytics, product, or sales systems.
Strong ownership mentality and willingness to execute at both strategic and tactical levels.
Nice to Have
Experience in growth, product marketing, partnerships, business operations, or revenue operations.
Familiarity with B2B SaaS and enterprise sales motions.
Experience working directly with sales teams and customer-facing functions.
Experience building processes from scratch in an early-stage company.
