Responsibilities
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors regularly.
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring all ingredients are ready for cooks.
Help organize and store clean dishes and utensils in their designated areas.
Support kitchen staff during busy periods by providing assistance with various tasks as required.
Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices.
Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen supervisor promptly.
