Your Role:

  • Work within an assigned territory engaging with qualified leads and prospective customers.
  • Conduct in-home sales presentations to educate customers and develop customized security and automated alarm systems tailored to their needs.
  • Utilize sales tools to boost your productivity and streamline the sales process.
  • Represent Safe Haven Security with professionalism and integrity, adhering to company policies and values.

To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
  • Accountability and enthusiasm for achieving financial goals.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

  • Uncapped commission structure, paid weekly.
  • Top performers earn between $70,000 to $125,000 annually.
  • Average payout is $426 per package with an average of 9 installs monthly.
  • Additional sales bonuses can range from $750 to $2,000 per month.

Physical Requirements:

  • A willingness to work outside 90% of the time in various weather conditions.
