Clinical Therapist – Community Based

Join Unison Health’s Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Program and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with severe and persistent behavioral health conditions (SPMI) in this community-based clinical role that combines therapy, advocacy, and linkage services to help clients achieve stability and independence. You’ll provide individual, group, and family therapy, as well as diagnostic assessments under the supervision of an independently licensed clinician, while working closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.
