This is not a typical sales position. You'll work directly with property owners, uncover their needs, negotiate solutions, and help them move forward with confidence. Along the way, you'll receive hands-on coaching, sales training, and real-world experience that can accelerate both your income and career growth.
Top performers in this role earn $100,000–$200,000+ annually.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Speaking with homeowners regarding their property and situation
- Handling inbound and outbound lead opportunities
- Conducting process calls and presenting offers
- Meeting with homeowners when appropriate
- Managing follow-up activities and pipeline progression in our CRM
- Participating in coaching, training, and performance reviews
- Tracking and achieving weekly and monthly performance goals

Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- This is an in-office position based in Augusta, GA
- You must be local or willing to relocate
- Daily in-office attendance and strong communication are required
