Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support patient care in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities Include

• Implementing personalized treatment plans created by physical therapists
• Providing therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance patient mobility
• Monitoring patient progress and reporting changes to supervising therapists
• Educating patients and families on exercises and safety measures
• Maintaining accurate documentation of sessions and progress
• Collaborating with healthcare teams for coordinated care
• Supporting discharge planning and continuity of care

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited PTA program
• Passing the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
• CA PTA licensure/certification
• First Aid Certifications (BLS) strongly recommended
