Harmonia Collaborative Care is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Clinician to provide high-quality behavioral health services to adolescents, adults, and families.
This is an opportunity for a clinician who wants to combine independent clinical practice with the support of an experienced, collaborative multidisciplinary team.
What you’ll do
- Complete mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans, and psychotherapy
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention for clients experiencing emotional and behavioral health concerns
- Use evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s developmental needs and goals
- Help clients strengthen coping skills, manage health conditions, and make positive changes
- Maintain an organized caseload, schedule, and timely clinical documentation
- Advocate for clients within healthcare systems and community agencies
- Participate in weekly clinical staff meetings, monthly at-risk meetings, and quarterly quality-improvement meetings
- Meet established productivity, performance, licensure, and documentation standards
What you’ll bring
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related human services field
- LCSW, LMHC, or PhD preferred
- Clinical experience in a behavioral health setting
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and documentation skills
- A compassionate, client-centered approach and openness to feedback through supervision
- Ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team
- Familiarity with EMR systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Schedule and setting
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Hamburg + Derby location
- In-person behavioral health clinic work with telehealth from a home-based office
- Some evening hours; no weekends
