Your Role - Responsibilities
- Conduct both routine and specialized laboratory tests spanning chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established protocols.
- Evaluate test outcomes for precision, identify discrepancies, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
- Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples as required for analysis.
- Thoroughly document all operational procedures, assist in training new staff or students, and uphold high quality standards within the lab environment.
- Ensure a clean and safe workspace, maintaining compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, plus readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.
Certifications • Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
