CSR & Dispatcher - Transportation

zTrip is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CSR & Dispatcher - Transportation to support daily operations and help deliver safe, efficient, and on-time service across our network. In this role, you’ll coordinate driver activity, monitor trips in real time, and serve as a key point of contact between drivers, customers, and the operations team.

What You’ll Do

As a CSR & Dispatcher - Transportation, you will:

• Assign drivers based on trip demand, availability, and scheduling needs
• Track active trips and respond quickly to delays, route changes, or service issues
• Communicate dispatch instructions, updates, and key information to drivers
• Assist customers with questions, ride requests, and service concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate trip logs, dispatch records, and daily reports
• Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to enhance service efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, customer service, or fleet coordination preferred
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with dispatching or scheduling systems is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required

Tuesday–Sunday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
