Oracle EPM Principle Consultant

Talent 360 is hiring an Oracle EPM Principle Consultant  (8–10 years experience) to support Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementation and digital transformation projects.

You will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle EPM modules, working closely with Finance, FP&A, and executive stakeholders to ensure accurate financial planning, consolidation, and reporting processes while maintaining compliance with financial and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM modules.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops with Finance, FP&A, and business stakeholders.
• Analyze business requirements and design scalable EPM planning and reporting solutions.
• Perform advanced system configuration across EPM applications.
• Implement and support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
• Support integration between Oracle EPM, ERP Financials, and other enterprise systems.
• Configure and manage financial data models, metadata, and business rules.
• Review and validate data integration processes and financial reconciliations.
• Prepare full functional documentation (BRD, FDD, Test Scripts, Setup Documents).
• Lead SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Go-live activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.
• Act as client-facing lead for the EPM stream.
• Guide and review deliverables of junior consultants.
