Role Description The Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX. This role involves managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing daily agendas. The Personal Assistant will prepare documents and presentations, handle correspondence, and maintain organized records and files. Day-to-day responsibilities include prioritizing incoming requests, supporting follow-up on key initiatives, and ensuring the CEO is briefed and prepared for meetings and events. The role also includes liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, arranging logistics for business activities, and providing general administrative support to enhance the CEO’s efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to support high-level leadership and office operations.
  • Proven Personal Assistance experience with effective Diary Management to oversee schedules, appointments, and time-sensitive commitments.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels.
  • High level of discretion, reliability, and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, calendar applications, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software).
  • Previous experience supporting an executive or senior leader preferred; experience in financial services or merchant services is an advantage.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
