Employee Health Resource Nurse

The Employee Health Resource Nurse (EHN) is responsible for the day to day operation of the Employee Health Program. The EHN works in collaboration with the Infection Prevention and Employee Health Team and Human Resources to create a safe work environment by overseeing the employee health functions for all Empath Health programs with attention to program-specific unique requirements and risks. The EHN possesses clinical expertise and utilizes critical thinking skills that focus on the needs of employees, volunteers, and other healthcare professionals. The EHN collaborates with other healthcare professionals and community agencies and is familiar with standards and regulations for healthcare workers.
